Solid4Media

In the context of the Flemish recovery plan 'Digital transformation and innovation Flemish Media', the living lab project 'Solid4Media' was launched in June 2023 to explore the possibilities of Solid data vaults in a real media context together with stakeholders and Flemish media users.

One of the goals is to migrate media profiles to a data vault infrastructure and to offer existing and new media services from here. Using exploratory and experimental use cases, the living lab wants to investigate the technical feasibility and scalability of a future-oriented decentralised media infrastructure based on data vaults and determine what concrete added value this can offer for media services.
