The FLAME innovation project aims to establish a real-life, city-scale environment for the experimentation of personalised, interactive, mobile, and localized media experiments.

FLAME outlines the main platform benefits as part of the initial work needed to develop and deploy a Future Media Internet delivery platform starting in 2018. The main target is to provide a significant leap forward for media delivery supporting personalised, interactive, mobile and localised (PIML) workflows.

External organisations have the opportunity to take part in the project and test their ideas in a smart city.

Flame has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 731677.
