The Twelve
The Twelve is a character-driven crime mystery which revolves around a jury of the people in a controversial murder trial. Twelve random citizens are called up for jury duty on a sensational murder case.
They do not have an easy task ahead of them. They will decide on the guilt or innocence of the respected headmistress Frida Palmers (46), who stands accused for the murder on her best friend and her little daughter. The trial is not only decisive for Frida’s fate. The lives of the jury members also take new turns because of the sensational murder case. As time goes by, the murder trial becomes a trial not only for the accused but for the jury members themselves.
