Jasper Teerlinck is a quirky but brilliant professor in criminology at the Antwerp University. When federal police inspector Annelies Donckers - a former student of professor T. - asks for his help in one of her cases, the professor soon becomes a part of the investigation team. However, working with the professor doesn't always go that smoothly. His legendary fear of bacteria and uncontrollable urge to tell everyone nothing but the painful truth are no help either.
